The course focuses on coffee history, processing, cupping and barista skills such as shot extraction, texturing milk, tamping, dosing and grinding adjustment, brewed coffee principles, espresso equipments (machine and grinder), understanding your coffee (freshness, etc), milk steaming and texturing, drink building and menu.
_ Latte Art Course
This course focuses on texturing milk for latte art, free pours latte art (i.e. Apple, Tulip, Rosetta, Heart), and etching. Also: steaming techniques, steaming for different pour types, demonstrate basic pours; latte Art, basic etching principles
